NeverLight is a cooperative roguelite extraction Action-RPG for 1-4 players. You are a Hunter — raised underground, fed Star Shards, trained to kill. Deploy to the corrupted surface during Low Tide, fight through hordes of Fallen, survive periodic Nightfall surges, and extract before the Final Nightfall consumes everything. Die — lose your gear. Extract — keep it all. The longer you stay, the higher the risk and the reward.
Periodic Nightfall surges flood the world in darkness as Nexuses activate. Each one lasts longer than the last. Survive or die — and if you die during Nightfall, your corpse rises as one of the Fallen.
Multiple extraction points close over time. When Final Nightfall begins, you have 5 minutes to reach the last portal. Outside the safe zone: escalating corruption damage and endless Fallen swarms.
Harvest corrupted star fragments from slain Fallen and destroyed Nexuses. They grant power beyond mortal limits — but they're the same corruption that creates the enemy. Die and lose them all.
Return to your underground Sanctuary between missions. Construct facilities, rescue survivors for specialist vendors and story progression. Maintain the ancient wards that keep corruption at bay.

Explore a fixed geography map with burned villages, dark forests, and apocalyptic ruins. Randomized Points of Interest and Nexus configurations make every session different.
